Questions with short answers
- When do I actually pay anything?
- On Free: never, directly. The 10% fee comes out of member payments before they reach your payout. On Pro: $99/month per upgraded camp, billed to your card.
- What counts as camp revenue?
- Member subscriptions and one-time trail purchases in that camp, before fees. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately, as they would anywhere.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, per camp, both directions. Upgrading applies immediately; downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing month.
- Why are prices in US dollars?
- Kampunity bills in USD today. Your bank converts at its usual rate; there are no hidden surcharges from us.
